    Our brain slowly begins to shut off the regions responsable for planning and evaluating desicions, so we behave more impulsive; also we can expierence slower reaction times and reduced perceptual and cognitive functions.

    Advantages:
    The body can generate some extra energy
    The person can feel more motivation
    The person can be more positive

    Disanvantages:
    Hallucinations
    Body congnitive and perceptual functions are reduced
    Cardiovascular desease
    Obesity
    Depresion
    Brain Damage

    3. Do you experience some of the facts mentioned in the video when you do not sleep?
    Yes, when i don’t sleep or sleep too little, i feel difficulties to think well and to make desicions.

    Happens that our brain would start to suffer from disorders that would affect our daily lives and you brain slowly begins to shut off the regions responsible for planning and evaluation decisions

    Advantages: Extra energy, motivation positive
    Disadvantages: Can lead to medical problems: Cardiovascular disease, obesity, depression, brain damage, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Hallucinations. Body cognitive and perceptual functions are reduced.

    Yes I do. It is for short periods of time, when I sleep badly.

According to the video, if we stopped sleeping in the first day of sleepless we can experience some extra energy, motivation, positivity and even sex drive due to the elevation of Dopamine and we can have more impulsive behavior. After 24 hours without sleep it can be detected a decrease in our form of reaction, perception and cognition function. In the second day, our body lose the capacity of metabolise the glucose and the function of the inmune system has a decrease. In some cases three day of sleepless can cause hallucinations and this have a effect in our appearance, sleep deprivation makes the individuals look less healthy and less attractive than if we have a rest, in the worst of cases we can die if we aren't sleeping a wink.

    More motivation
    Positivity
    Sex drive

    Disadvantages:
    Cardiovascular disease
    Obesity
    Depression
    Brain Damage
    Hallucionation
    Decrease in some functions of the body
    Death

    3.Yes, I always feel more happy, and with more energy when I haven't slept. But I never have a sleepless more than one day. Actually I try to sleep at least 6 hours per day and not less because my body need it.

  4. 1. If we stop sleeping our brain won't work in a normal way, we can suffer from concentration troubles, slower reaction, impulsive behavior, hallucinations, inability of the immune system , etc.
    2. Positive things: In the first period you can have more energy, positivity, motivation...
    Negative things: Depression, slower reaction, brain damage...
    3. When I want to sleep and I can't, I become angry and lazy but I usually sleep at least 4 h per day.

  5. 1-What could happen if we stopped sleeping?

    If we stop sleeping we can get some problems, for example we will reduce our concentration, our reactions, our perceptions and also we can have hallucinations.

    2-Advantages: in the first day of sleepless we can feel extra energy, be more positive and we could feel more motivated.

    Disadvantages: we can have less perceptions and concentration, hallucinations, depression, health problems like obesity and brain damage.

    3-Yes, if I don´t sleep at least 4 hours per day I will feel really tired, with less concentration and probably I will not want to do anything!

  6. 1. According to the video, what could happen if we stopped sleeping?

    If we stopped sleeping for more than one day, we could get sick and our body won´t work good. Especially the brain because it probably will be damaged, so our concentration and reactions will be affected slowly. Even our immune system could be disabled. The point is that if we spend a lot of time without sleep, the health problems will be more severe and dangerous, even deadly.

    - To get more motivation
    - To be more positive
    - To have sex drive

    Disadvantages:
    - Cardiovascular Diseases

    - The Brain could be damaged

    3. Do you experience some of the facts mentioned in the video when you do not sleep?

    Of course, especially when I don't sleep because I'm studying. The effects of do this more than once per week are too bad for me, I have several health problems, I feel very tired and heavy, so my academic performance, decreases and my days are very sad. Then I try to sleep at least eight hours per night.

  7. 1. According to the video, if we stopped sleeping our brain have serious problems about the responsible regions for planning and evaluation of decision, lose the ability of reaction. We also have impulsive behavior in our activities, and have problems of physical and metal hearth.

    2. List of Advantages: extra energy, motivation, positivity and sex drive.
    List of Disadvantages: brain slow, impulsive behavior, slower reactions, problems with the immune system, less physics healthy.

    3. In my experience, when I do not sleep, I have problems of physical fatigue, I cannot put attention in the classes, have slow reactions when making decisions, and I cannot plan my activities.

    The immune system stops working as well, if you don’t sleep during 3 days you should have hallucinations, besides the brain slowly begin to shut off the regions responsible for planning and evaluating decisions.

    Yes, not the same, but there are some similar facts, for example: sometimes I feel very tired, then sometimes I can’t concentrate very well.

    If someone stop to sleeping, that person is going to suffer some effects depending of the time that haven´t slept. For example, if you don’t sleep in a night you will feel with energy, positive, and motivation, but your brain will feel tired and you will take an impulsive behavior. In 24 hours without sleep you brain start to act slowly, and you will lose time of reaction and cognitive functions. In two day your immune functions decrease. In three days you will experience hallucinations.

    If you don´t sleep you will present cardiovascular disease, obesity, depression and brain damage. But some advantages of short periods of sleepless are that you will feel with energy, positive and motivation, even a better sex drive.
    • Do you experience some of the facts mentioned in the video when you do not sleep?
    In my personal experience, I hate to don´t sleep and I try always to sleep 8 hours every day. So I am not used to don´t sleep, and when I don´t sleep at least 6 hours I feel so terrible and with bad humor, but I have to said that I get more energy and motivation when I sleep between 5 and 6 hours.

    The brain slowly begins to shut off the regions responsible for planning and evaluating decisions, also you find yourself with slower reaction time and reduce perceptions and cognition functions, body can´t properly metabolize glucose and the immune system stop working as well, and some cases you can have hallucination.

    When I don´t sleep, in the next morning I feel with a lot of energy but in the afternoon I feel really tired and sleepy.

  12. 1) Slower reactions also it affect how we percept beauty and perception, it can produce bad humor and hallucination.
    2) Advantages: Energy, positivity, motivation. Disadvantages: Less perception, body stop metabolizing glucose, immune system is worst.
    3) When I don’t sleep I fell angry I don’t now why I temp to yell to everyone who annoys me but I don’t hallucinate or any other.

    Don’t get enough sleep can cause a person to react slower, cognitive and perceptual functions don’t work properly, can’t properly metabolize glucose, affects the immune system, can cause hallucinations and people look sick and unattractive.

    Yes, when I don’t sleep enough, I have a little more energy for a short period of time but then it's hard to pay attention, I feel very tired and I look like a zombie!
