Read the article below.

    This system can be used for listening confidential calls.

    The NSA has a surveillance system for the foreing calls that has a lot of defects and some things that might be better; but still has the goal of retrieval phone calls that are made abroad. Technologists who work on the NSA know how to use the network to be able to get back the call tha government needs. One of the problem is the budget that they need because they could be treathen with that. It is a really nation wide project.
